Jim Romano is the founder and owner of the Suburb2City Real Estate Team. Jim oversees the Team’s day-to-day real estate sales activities. Adam is a licensed agent and also oversees the marketing strategy for the team to make sure that your listings are getting as much exposure as possible. Adam brings his skill set to the team: marketing, negotiating, communicating, & operations.

Christopher has been a licensed agent for 8 years, spending a significant portion of that time in the City of Philadelphia. Christopher began his career in the Temple University market, working in acquisitions for developers and property investors, and has since branched out to other booming markets in Philadelphia and its suburbs. Christopher owns his personal home in Bridgeport, PA where he lives with his wife and their one year old boy/girl twins. Aside from real estate sales, Christopher is very passionate about his own personal investment portfolio in the Boroughs of Conshohocken and Bridgeport. Christopher's experience can cater to a wide array of clientele, from personal home owners and buyers to seasoned investors, making him the perfect choice to represent you in this ever changing market.

Since entering the industry, he was eager to become a licensed real estate agent. When making the move to Pennsylvania, he used the move, along with the knowledge gained as a loan officer, as a catalyst to obtain his license, and hasn't looked back since. Whether you're a first-time client, recurring client, or referral, Chris takes pride in building a relationship with his clients first and foremost. This approach allows Chris to best identify the client's motivation, needs, and wants in order to provide a course of action specific to their real estate goals. Nick’s hard work has assisted him in successfully closing over 50 deals since joining the business. He brings with him his expertise and connections in the real estate industry. He is an active investor in the Philadelphia market and currently has multiple rental properties throughout the city. Prior to his career in real estate, Nick worked for ADT Security Services assisting homeowners in home security giving him first-hand experience working with homeowners. Through these encounters, Nick began to fall in love with residential real estate and gained interest in becoming an agent one day. Nick was very successful in his career at ADT and earned recognition through excellence awards that he received for ten consecutive years in sales. Prior to his career at ADT, Nick served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Quantico, VA.
